Growing up, my life was littered with striving, guilt, and search for meaning. At age 14 I realized I didn't believe in Jesus/God anymore. The next few years were spent living for myself. I tried so hard to find meaning and intellectually figure out the truth of life. At age 17, I grew tired of this and through my mom's constant reminders I knew that if God was real I would be separated from him eternally if I didn't surrender my life to him. So, I prayed that God would give me the faith to believe in him if he was real. God answered. I repented of the way I had not lived my life for him and he has been rooting out my self-sufficient heart and teaching me to depend on him since. I am excited to share with others the transformative power of Christ for their lives!
