My sophomore year of high school, God opened my heart to see myself as a sinner and to understand my need of a Savior. I had always tried to be a “good girl” in order to have the approval of others and thought that I was sure to be saved because of my outward actions and involvement in my church. God graciously showed me that I was dead in my sins and could never save myself through good works or the affirmation of others. He showed me that the only way to Him is through His Son Jesus, who paid the price for my sins that I never could. Because of the work Christ has done in me, I have a desire to serve the Lord through Campus Outreach in full-time ministry.
