I was never exposed to the gospel growing up. I knew who Jesus was but I thought the only means to become a Christian was by being a good person. I had no understanding of what it looked like to have a relationship with Christ or even saw a need for a Savior. I lived a very empty, performance based life for 18 years before I truly saw my sin and understood that Christ’s death and resurrection was absolutely necessary to reconcile my relationship with the Father. In college, God continually used the Campus Outreach ministry to point me to the cross and strengthen my understanding of the gospel. I now pray that by being on staff with CO, God would continue to deepen my affections for Him, use me as a vessel to reach women with the gospel, multiply my life through discipleship, and cast vision in light of the Great Commission.
