I grew up in Jackson, MS and went to Ole Miss thinking I was a believer because I was from the South and went to church. I believed that Christianity was based on what I could do for God. At Ole Miss I got involved in a college ministry because it seemed like the right thing to do. It was through that ministry, Gods word, and Gods Spirit that I was convicted of my sin and learned that it was not what I could do for God, but what God did for me in Jesus Christ. I am so humbled that God chose to save me and has given me the opportunity to join him in making his name known to the ends of the earth.
