Despite growing up in church, I was consumed with what the world promised me, and my desires revolved around people’s perceptions of me and my successes. I found myself chasing anything that would satisfy the God-shaped void in my heart. In college, I truly began understanding the depth of the Father’s love and how incomparable it is to any other earthly love. To know how sinful I am, yet to experience true peace and joy, is a gift that I don’t deserve. I am indebted to Jesus for his sacrifice and the gift of salvation, and I want others to know this hope. I want to help college students know that the same God who created the universe searches, understands, and comforts us. God has so graciously used Campus Outreach in my life, and I am so excited to partner with them to share the gospel on the college campus.
