We desire that all graduates would live out their Christian calling: to know God, make Him known, and seek the welfare of the community around them. We know that this desire can only be achieved by design, which is why we seek to intentionally mobilize every leader on our campuses.
WHY ARE WE COMMITTED TO THIS?
The effectiveness of our ministry is not measured in years but in decades. Our vision is to build laborers for a lifetime. Strategic mobilization is an essential part of seeing that happen.
Preparing leaders
Our staff will engage seniors in Mobilization discussion groups where they will discuss key topics for healthy transition to post-college life (ex. spiritual growth, local church, missional living, work and career, money, resources, and transition).
Launching Leaders to Multiply
Our staff will help students identify their most strategic next step through an investigative process. To see this vision come to reality, we seek to set up strategic mobilization opportunities and partnerships with business and ministry leaders.
